Return Policy

YOU MUST AGREE WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE SHOPPING WITH US:

  1. An order placed on eQatar is eligible for returns until 72 hours from the delivery date.
  2. The product(s) must be in original packing with the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number attached to it.
You will get this number after you have requested returns with our customer service department. If in case you return the original order without the RMA number, it won’t be accepted.

For unopened product(s):

  1. If you are returning a product in the same condition it arrived at your doorstep then your return is eligible for complete refund EXCLUDING any shipping and handling charges paid by eQatar.
  2. The customer is required to pay the return shipping costs and insurance to eQatar.
  3. Returns are NOT ACCEPTED of video games, software, movies (DVD or Blu-Ray), Music CDs and Prepaid Cards, if the item is used, opened or the seal is removed.

For defective product(s):

  1. You can return the product(s) if it turns out to be defective in 3 days from the delivery date. In this scenario you will be eligible for a full refund if we receive the product with the RMA attached to it.
  2. The customer is required to pay the returns shipping costs to eQatar.
  3. *A 3% deduction on refund is applicable as bank transaction fees.
